Prince Sultan Cultural Centre is a 240 hectare property located in Jeddah, on the Madinah Road, at the north side of King Abdul Aziz International Airport. On its right side is the Obhur Creek and on the left side is the King Abdul Aziz Sports City.The Masterplan for the project incorporates all the components needed for a strong community: residential; culture; healthcare; education; retail; offices and commercial space; exhibition and hospitality; and an integrated public realm network. The area of interest is located in the centre of PSCC in close proximity to the lake and offers privileged views of the park and the golf course. The site is broken down into the following key areas: Residential Clusters (Numbers: 1 to 7), Food and Beverage Strip (Parts: 1 to 3), An Office Cluster.

The residential and F&B components within Residential Village Cluster Five will be composed of a number of prototypes which will have the flexibility to be repeated and replicated throughout the plots within the other residential clusters. They will be designed to suite the various locations within all seven plots. The architectural concept design has a repetitive character in order to achieve workability, efficiency and flexibility.
