Located in Business Bay with water frontage, the 20 storey residential tower that houses 260 apartments with 44,350 sq.m. GFA. The apartments vary between 1,2 and 3 bedroom. A retail mall of 1500 sq.m. is located on the ground floor with 20 shops. One car park that includes 400 cars is located in the basement. 

The concept of this project focuses on providing views to the majority of the apartments. The tower has 2 views; lake views and city view. The tower has been carved to allow for the best lake view with good city view as well. The whole plan follows an orthogonal grid system with stepped configuration to maximize the views.
