Concept

Prototype Generation: The connection between the water and F&B prototypes are vital to the design. There is a subtle playfulness between open and closed spaces, while canopies do not just to provide shade but also create lighting on the terraces. The main strategy of the design is to minimize the design program and minimize construction cost. The design team developed four F&B prototypes; the sizes range between 650 sq.m and 977sq.m. Each module can be arranged differently providing various compositions which break the monotonous build up along the F&B strip.
