Al Shaafar tower is located at Business Bay district overlooking the central lake. The long thin tower is resting on a 3 floors podium which holds the retail mall, the health club and the car park.

The concept of this tower was to maximize the view for all the apartments through a clear curtain wall skin with projecting balconies. The clear glass handrail of the balconies vary in colour to create a pixelated effect of the facade as lake splash metaphor.
